Expo Registration

Thousands of cyclo-cross racers, gravel riders, and cycling enthusiasts of all kinds descend upon Iowa City to attend Jingle Cross, North America’s premier cycling festival.  We invite you to join our cycling and fitness expo this October 15-17, 2021.

Please start your Jingle Cross expo reservation request here and we will send you an invoice for a 20% deposit via PayPal. Reservations are automatically confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. Final payment will be due  September 1st, 2021. Deposits are 100% refundable up until August 1st , 50% after August 1st until September 1st, and non refundable thereafter. In the case of a Force Majeure or Jingle Cross is cancelled for any reason, all deposits will be 100% refunded regardless when the cancellation occurs. Jingle Cross is a 501 (c)3 non-profit. All proceeds from Jingle Cross are donated to local children’s charities.

Please let us know if you are shipping items to our event.  If items are coming by UPS, USPS, FedEx or other common delivery options, we will supply you with a mailing address. Freight items will go directly to the fairgrounds but at a specific location. If items are coming by freight, we must be informed the exact time and date of your freight delivery schedule. The fairgrounds does not have a loading dock and you may need to tell your carrier to provide a lift gate.

It is entirely your responsibility to remove your items from the fairgrounds in a timely manner. Tear down will be from 5:30 PM until 8 PM on Sunday. Our crew will be completely gone from the fairgrounds by 8 PM. Any items requiring shipping via traditional carriers will need to be arranged by you including drop off. Freight removal must be arranged by you and shipping times and carriers communicated directly to us via email. Please email all plans to us so we are aware but do not expect us to be involved in the handling of any items. Your crew must arrange all transportation and timely pick up. Any items left after 8 PM on Sunday night may need storage until pickup can be arranged.  The storage and subsequent pickup will need to be arranged between yourself and the Johnson County Fairgrounds administration as our lease to use the property expires Sunday night and we will no longer be there.
