Media

The Jingle Cross, Inc is accepting media accreditation requests for the Jingle GX Gravel weekend August 5-7, 2022 in Amana, Iowa and the Jingle Cross Cyclocross Festival.

The application process is simple. In order to receive a credential, media members must send an email with all the following required information:

• Full name
• Media outlet
• Email address
• Cell phone number
• Job function (print journalist, print photographer, internet reporter, non-rights holder-radio, non-rights holder-television, rights holder broadcaster)
• Brief description of your specific editorial assignment
• List of major cycling events or UCI events covered
• Color headshot

PLEASE NOTE: No more than two (2) bibs will be provided to any organization that is not affiliated with official TV rights holders or radio crew. All bibs will require a $20 US deposit upon their issue. Bibs must be returned to event staff immediately after the final UCI event of each weekend.

You will be notified if your application is accepted, with follow-up information leading up to the Jingle GX race and the Trek UCI Gravel World Series. You may be asked for additional information about your media outlet or coverage plans before a decision is reached on your application.

CREDENTIALS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL MEDIA.

Media outlets requesting multiple credentials should organize and email a single request for all employees from the same company or organization.

Media accreditation requests must be made by noon CST on Aug. 1, 2022.

All Jingle Cross cycling events are open to trade and consumer-focused media outlets, including print, TV, radio, and digital. The events are open to any writer, photographer, or editor with an editorial assignment to cover the event for a media outlet that regularly covers cycling events, sporting events, and/or regional or local community events.

Personal blogs or hobby blogs do not qualify as media for these events.

Advertising sales representatives, publishers, producers, marketing staff, promotion companies, social media agencies, PR agencies, and advertising/branding agencies, casting directors, filmmakers, and spouses and children of members of the media are welcome to attend but will not be granted media credentials.
